Wetherby parkrun takes place at Wetherby Ings and consists of three laps around the sports pitches. It is three laps and it is totally flat. Not Yorkshire flat, actually flat. It was fun. A hard final 600m, though, as I could hear someone chasing me down so the take it easy plan predictably went out of the window.
