I agree on most points, especially on the latter point regarding taking ages to get things done becasue of people issues. This is the sole reason the natioanl programme for IT is delayed LOL. Its not the technology or manpower or money thats the problem, its convincing people, getting people to say yes becasue they are in a position to do so! Frustrating indeed it is! You realise how much business and IT intertwines when working in IT too... much more than you would think! very good article.
